Margo Mosher grew up in Newton Massachusetts where her love of nature began to grow. Many pets, outdoor camps, forts, and adventures in the woods led Margo to follow her passion for the environment. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in May 2007 with a degree in Environmental Conservation focusing on education and communication. Margo spent a semester abroad in New Zealand where she studied ecological restoration, biodiversity, and policy through the EcoQuest program. While interning at the Office of Sustainability at UNH Margo became more interested in sustainability, connecting people to the environment, and green living. Margo is excited to explore the world of urban ecology and gain new skills and experience through her year with UEI. Her future plans are still in the making but will most definitely involve helping to save the environment.
