Testimonials
"So many of my kids come back and say they went to their [college] admissions interviews and spent pretty much the whole time talking about the field studies- they were very comfortable talking about it, excited to talk about it, and the people who read their applications are interested and come in with their questions. It's huge."

- Dave Eatough, Revere High School

Fred enjoyed an idyllic upbringing on his family's farm in Hawaii. He left the Aloha State to attend Harvard University, graduating with a degree in Environmental Science and Public Policy in 2007. During his junior and senior year he researched environmental education in China, and got to travel for two months in Beijing and Western China. Fred has worked in Hawaii to help restore native ecosystems damaged by military training exercises, and has volunteered with community groups to reopen ancient Hawaiian farms. At home he enjoys sailing, working on the farm, surfing, and being with family. Here in Boston, he is still figuring out how to have fun in the cold.
